Apple is on a tear these days, blocking the sale of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia, and the EU. Apple has won a preliminary injunction stopping the sale of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets in the European Union. Only the Netherlands is excepted from the ruling, but Apple has a similar lawsuit going on there too.

The Regional Court of Düsseldorf has apparently ruled that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 does infringe on intellectual property related to the design of the iPad. If Samsung continues to sell the tablet, they could face fines of up to $350,000 for each violation. Will Samsung risk it?

Samsung can appeal the decision so this fight will surely go on. Stay tuned.
