Sprint EVO software update coming June 28

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - June 24, 2010

The Sprint EVO is getting a software update on June 28 if BGR's sources are correct. BGR says they have a Sprint insider who is telling them a software patch is on the way. The patch will fix the following issues:

  • Improvements to Wi-Fi performance
  • Exchange Active Sync improvements which include a fix to issue including new account set up, PIN policy usage, and Exchange Server 2010 Calendar Sync
  • Addresses Social Networking Sync issue with Facebook application which can improve battery performance

I suppose we'll have to wait for HTC to release an update that addresses the screen sensitivity issue.
