Sony is still trying to break into the Android Smartphone market and they've used CES to announce their latest effort. Sony unveiled their new Xperia Z smartphone. The Xperia Z features a 5-inch full HD “Reality Display” with 1080 x 1920 resolution. Impressive. The Xperia Z runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on a Snapdragon S4 Pro 1.5GHz quad-core processor, and features a 13-megapixel camera
Sony says they will also release slightly smaller version of the Xperia Z, the Xperia ZL, in select markets.
Both Xperia phones will launch this quarter. No pricing information was given.
