Flipboard will be the first social reader app to bring Google+ to its readers. Bradley Horowitz, Google’s vice president of product management, announced Google+ integration would be headed to Flipboard. Google+'s main competitors, Facebook and Twitter, have been on Flipboard and other social reading apps for quite awhile. It's about time that Google jumped into the mix.
In order for this integration to work, Google had to make a change to their API so readers could access feeds, photos, etc. without actually visiting the Google+ site. That change has been made and Flipboard is up first.
Now, is anyone still using Google+?
