Sprint's Samsung Epic 4G Previewed

It hasn't even been a month since the big Sprint EVO launch and the company has already announced another high end Android phone. The Samsung Epic will be coming to Sprint and it's got some serious specs. Instead of a 4.3" display it has a 4" Super AMOLED display and all reports suggest it's quite nice.

The slide out keyboard is nice, but adds to the height of the phone. Overall, the Epic seems to have a slightly more rounded shape so it will likely feel better in the hand. It will ship with Android 2.1, but Sprint and Samsung say it will get an upgrade to Froyo.
