AT&T is about to add a serious Android phone to its offerings. AndroidGuys got their hands on some leaked photos of the i897 and it looks to have some serious specs. The Samsung i897 resembles the Galaxy S with a 4" AMOLED screen, Android 2.1, and 5-megapixel camera. There's no official word on the clockspeed of the processor, but it will almost certainly top 1 GHz. Android Guys say it will likely be a snapdraggon processor.
