Firefox on Android loads its first page
News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - February 03, 2010

It looks like getting Firefox to run on Android is a reality. It's slow going, but it's coming together.

Fennec (Firefox Mobile) was supposed to be ported to Android but it looks like they're also porting a full version of Firefox. Since Android will soon run on larger devices like Netbooks, running Firefox on Android will be a must. If they can get full Firefox to run, then getting Firefox Mobile to run should be a snap.

"Mouse events sort of work, toplevel windows sort of work, keyboard doesn't work yet but shouldn't be hard to hook up."
