Bluebird Pidion BIP-6000 supports Android with physical keyboard

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - January 14, 2010

Have you been waiting for a BlackBerry-style Android phone? A phone with a physical keyboard? Take a look at SDG's Bluebird Pidion BIP-6000. It's a rugged phone that usually runs Windows Mobile, but the company has Android 1.5 running right now. The company says an upgrade to 2.x is coming soon too.

This phone is overkill for the average smartphone user but if you REALLY need a full QWERTY keyboard and cannot wait any longer, at least you have an option.
